Al Ahram Real Estate announces the implementation of nearly 20 projects in New Cairo, in Al Narges and Beit Al Watan, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Taher, Chairman of Al Ahram, says, “there are no new increases in unit prices, despite the changes and the significant increase in the cost of building and construction materials.”
He reveals that the company has almost completed the delivery and housing of more than 15 projects in Beit Al Watan, stressing that the company is speeding up work on the residential projects it is implementing.
Moreover, nearly 114 units are developed and delivered, amounting to 19,900 sqm, and 11 projects in a large number of areas in 5th Settlement, specifically in 5 different areas: South Academy, Al Andalus 1, Al Andalus 2, Lotus South, and Lotus New since the company begins working in the real estate market.
For his part, Mahmoud Taher, CEO of Al-Ahram, explains, “the new projects are characterized by the diversity of spaces within each project.”
He notes that the company relies on market studies and real market needs before launching its projects, as more than 200 housing units of different sizes have been delivered during the last period.
