Ali Arafa: 50 million pounds, targeted sales from the exhibition

Arabisk Real Estate Development Company will participate in the Target Misr Real Estate Exhibition with a variety of its projects in New Cairo, during the period from August 12 to 13 this month, which will be held for the fourth consecutive session.
The company offers exclusive offers to customers at the exhibition, in many areas of the New Cairo, including north of Rehab and south of Suez, lotus, Andalus, with sales targeting 50 million pounds during the exhibition period, said Mr. Ali Arafa, sales manager of Arabisk Real Estate Development.
He added that the company is making an offer for the first time to customers who buy a cash-system housing unit. The customer will receive a 3 year mortgage deposit on the housing unit, which will ensure that the customer will make a profit on the housing unit for 3 years, thus overcoming the problem of inflation and the associated high property prices, In addition to another offer, the client will receive a discount of 300 thousand pounds when purchasing one dwelling in the Al-cash system with a value of 600 thousand pounds from the total unit price of 900 thousand pounds, provided that the client pays 500 thousand pounds when contracting and 100 thousand pounds upon receipt after two months.
Arafa stressed that the real estate sector is one of the sectors that produces a high return for customers, due to the fact that real estate prices increase annually by at least 15% annually, which makes investment in the real estate sector one of the safest investments.
