Cityscape Egypt 2025 meeting with Housing Minister
Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny, met with Mr. Alexander Hough, Regional Director of Cityscape Exhibitions & Conferences, Mr. Robert Daniel, Director of Cityscape Egypt, and Ms. Basma El Baz, Marketing Director of Cityscape Egypt, at the Ministry’s headquarters in New Alamein City.
The meeting aimed to coordinate efforts and strengthen collaboration ahead of the upcoming Cityscape Egypt 2025 summit and exhibition, scheduled for September.
At the start of the meeting, Minister El Sherbiny welcomed the attendees and emphasized that Cityscape Egypt is a vital platform that fosters dialogue between real estate developers, investors, and policymakers.
Moreover, he noted that the event provides a valuable opportunity to understand developers’ perspectives while offering attractive investment opportunities.
He reaffirmed the strength of Egypt’s real estate market, which continues to offer a wide variety of investment options tailored to both local and international investors.
From his side, Mr. Alexander Hough stated: “We are proud of our ongoing collaboration with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing. Egypt is one of the most strategic markets for Cityscape, thanks to the remarkable boom in its real estate sector.
Therefore, our goal is to position Cityscape Egypt as a leading regional platform.”
In the same context, Mr. Robert Daniel confirmed that the upcoming edition of Cityscape Egypt is designed to attract even more investment into Egypt’s real estate sector.
To achieve this, the event will host key players from across the region, including developers, investors, financial institutions, consultants, and public-sector stakeholders.
He expressed gratitude for the Ministry’s continued support, emphasizing the importance of public-private collaboration.
Finally, the meeting included a comprehensive overview of the event’s preparations, goals, and planned activities.
Cityscape Egypt 2025 will feature more than 30 speakers from the investment and real estate sectors across Egypt and the MENA region, in addition to over 80 participating local and international developers.
