Engineers and Doctors Sub-Syndicates in Assiut launch ELITE RESIDENCE project for their members

Engineers and Doctors Sub-Syndicates in Assiut, announced launching ELITE RESIDENCE project in partnership for members of both syndicates, which is an integrated residential project located on an area of ​​18.4 acres in New Nasser City – West Assiut “Al Hadaba City”, where the Engineers’ Syndicate owns the land, and the Doctors’ Syndicate in Assiut will participate in developing the project.

For his part, Eng. Al Haitham Abdel Hamid Nasr, Head of Engineers’ Syndicate in Assiut, assured the importance of the partnership between the Engineers’ and Doctors’ Syndicates in Assiut as evidence of fruitful cooperation between the various professions to promote the members interests, and this partnership may contribute to open the way for other joint projects in the future.
He added that the Syndicate is not only supportive to the professional field, but also committed to improve the quality of social life for its members, so adding this project comes as part of a series of previous initiatives that the Syndicate has implemented for its members.
He pointed that the implementation of this project comes among a plan of both syndicates to provide distinguished services to their members, as the project is implemented under a partnership between both syndicates, as the two syndicates provide high quality and comfortable housing units, aiming to provide the best services to the members of the both syndicates.
Eng. Amr Ibrahim El Haddad, the project’s general supervisor and Head of the Housing Committee of the Engineers Syndicate in Assiut, added that the new project is implemented with modern designs for buildings and facilities and includes green areas and various services to ensure the comfort of residents within the project, noting that the project represents part of a series of initiatives organized by the syndicates to improve life conditions of their members in various fields.
He pointed that a contract was signed with the Middle East Engineering Consulting Office – Professor Dr. Hesham Diab, as the project’s engineering consultant, as it is one of the prominent names in its specialty, besides the office has a strong portfolio and honorable successes in playing the role of engineering consultant for projects, in addition, the syndicates have also cooperated with Barah Consulting and Real Estate Asset Management Company to be the project’s administrative and real estate consultant, which are contracts with strong entities that reflect the keenness to implement a distinguished and integrated project at the highest level.
Professor Dr. Diaa Abdel Hamid Mohamed, Head of the Doctors Syndicate in Assiut, said that the Doctors Syndicate in Assiut always seeks to provide the best services and benefits to its members, therefore this housing project aims to create an integrated and modern housing environment, to meet the aspirations of the the members.
Dr. Wael Ali Ismail, Head of the Housing Committee of Doctors Syndicate in Assiut, declared that the project includes 38 buildings with a total of 716 units equally divided between the two Syndicates, and all the details were chosen to ensure the implementation of a model project that applies the aspirations of the members of both Syndicates, so the project achieves a balance between building and green areas and services, which makes it an integrated project.
