Future Real Estate Expo Saudi is set to launch two new editions in September and December 2025, organized by Egypt Gulf Company.

Over 45 Egyptian developers will showcase 300 property projects, aiming to attract investors from Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region.

Eng. Sameh Fathy, Chairman of Egypt Gulf, confirmed the company is organizing Future Real Estate Expo Saudi for top developers.
The event aims to highlight Egypt’s latest real estate projects and offer investment opportunities for public and Saudi investors.
He stated that the decision to host the exhibitions came in response to rising demand for Egyptian real estate in Saudi Arabia.
These upcoming editions will feature exclusive offers, a wide range of services, and surprises for visitors and buyers.
The first edition will take place in Al Khobar from 25 to 27 September. This marks the largest Egyptian real estate presence in that region.
The company aims to expand across the Eastern Province through a comprehensive growth plan. The second edition is scheduled in Riyadh from 4 to 6 December.
Egypt Gulf has developed a strategic marketing plan to maximize the success of both events.
The campaign targets Egyptian workers in northern Saudi Arabia and international investors interested in buying property in Egypt.
To support this, the company has invited the most committed developers and selected outstanding projects for both exhibitions.
According to Eng. Sameh, previous editions in Riyadh and Jeddah achieved remarkable success.
Held in December and February, those events generated over EGP 4.7 billion in third-party sales. They attracted more than 13,000 visitors and buyers from six non-Egyptian nationalities.
Mohamed Fathy, Marketing Consultant at Egypt Gulf, noted that the planning for the two upcoming editions involved a high-level strategic approach.
The plan includes stronger cooperation with the Egyptian community and local Egyptian brands in Saudi Arabia.
This approach aims to provide visitors and developers with the best possible investment opportunities.
He also revealed the slogan for the upcoming editions: “Egypt is Home.” This message emphasizes national identity and belonging.
It encourages Egyptian expatriates to buy property for vacation use or future retirement in their home country.
