As part of a strong marketing strategy, Golden View Developments has announced its participation with exclusive offers for its flagship project, Golden Hub, the largest mall in the South Academy area, during Cityscape Egypt 2024, which will take place from 25 to 28 September.
In this context, Ahmed El-Sayed, Chairman of Golden View Developments, stated that Cityscape Egypt is one of the key marketing events in the Egyptian real estate market. The company’s participation is part of its marketing plan to present unique units with exclusive offers for the Golden Hub project during the exhibition.
El-Sayed noted that the exhibition is an important opportunity for direct communication with clients and serves as a mechanism to reach them at an event that enjoys their trust and interest.
He pointed out that the company will have a prominent booth in Hall 3, booth number A.20, where marketing and sales representatives will offer clients a range of exclusive deals that can only be seized during the exhibition. These offers will not be available after the event.
The company is providing payment plans with installments extending up to 7 years, emphasized that the exhibition presents a special opportunity for clients, with discounts of up to 45% available exclusively during the exhibition.
He disclosed that the project achieved sales worth EGP 1bn within the first three hours of client bookings, reflecting the prime location and outstanding project details, as well as the competitive and flexible payment plans offered to clients. Additionally, it highlights the trust clients place in the name and credibility of Golden View Developments.
He added that the company successfully sold the first and second phases of the project as soon as sales opened, explained that Golden Hub is a commercial, administrative, and medical mall spread over 10,000 sqm, featuring a ground floor and three upper floors.
The mall is the largest commercial, administrative, and medical complex in the South Academy area. The ground and first floors are dedicated to commercial activities, while the administrative and medical buildings are housed in separate structures. The project is located in a strategic, lively area, ensuring high occupancy rates and strong demand from clients for various activities.
The company’s chairman highlighted that the project is situated in the South Academy area, one of the most prestigious residential neighborhoods in New Cairo. It is also located near Cairo Festival City and the Police Academy.
The company is collaborating with a strong list of partners to implement the project, including ACE Moharram-Bakhoum as the executive consultant, Hafez Consultants as the architectural consultant, KAD as the commercial facilities management consultant, and Namaa PFM as the operations consultant for the commercial facilities.
