Paragon and Boulevard Partner to Develop a Unique Tourist Destination in Marsa Alam

Paragon has signed a memorandum of understanding with Boulevard to develop an integrated luxury tourism and hospitality project in Marsa Alam, one of Egypt’s emerging investment and tourism hubs.

The project spans one million square meters, with the first phase covering 300,000 square meters in the Marsa Wazar – Quseir area.
Paragon, with over 35 years of experience, will handle development management, focusing on luxury, innovation, and sustainability.
Boulevard will execute the vision to enhance Marsa Alam’s competitiveness as a Red Sea destination.
The project will feature a Hilton-branded resort and spa with 300 rooms, a fully integrated diving center, and a 100-room hotel for diving enthusiasts. Future expansions will include luxury serviced apartments, villas, and townhouses, creating a vibrant tourism hub.
Badeer Rizk, CEO of Paragon, highlighted the project’s potential to redefine luxury tourism with an innovative hospitality experience.
