Prime Developments launches Mid Tower and Majra projects in the Administrative Capital and Hurghada as part of its expansion plan

Prime Developments announced launching “Mid Tower” project in the New Administrative Capital and “Majra” in Hurghada, as part of the company’s ambitious expansion plan.

Eman Talaat, CEO of Prime Developments, said that the company is taking effective and gradual steps to work in the real estate market, according to a plan that will expand during the last quarter of this year, as this plan focuses mainly on serving the company’s clients and apply their needs.
She pointed that “Mid Tower” project in the New Administrative Capital, is located in a strategic and vital location proportional with what clients want from a distinguished location that achieves the best investment and returns, while “Majra” project is on the Red Sea coast in Hurghada targets a distinguished segment of Egyptian and foreign clients.
She explained that the first project, “Mid Tower”, is located on an area of 4,646 meters in a strategic location in the heart of Down Town in the New Administrative Capital, directly overlooking the Central Park, and only 3 minutes away from the Misr Mosque and 5 minutes from the Monorail Station, and we contracted with EFS MISR to manage and operate the project.
She assured that the New Administrative Capital is a promising national project characterized by the diversity of investment opportunities available in all activities, and providing continuous support to all developers working in the project, in addition to the expeditious operation of the project with the government’s completely move to the government district, which means speeding the operation of the project and achieving the investment return from it.
She added that the second project, “Majra”, is located in a strategic location on the Mediterranean coast, 5 minutes from El Gouna, and 20 minutes from Hurghada International Airport, and Prime Developments contracted with Zaro Engineering Consulting Office to be the engineering consultant for the project, and EFS MISR is managing and operating the project.
She added that Hurghada is characterized by its attractiveness to clients and investors, as it is a city suitable for residence the whole year, and with the state’s current plan to operate all coastal cities throughout the year, this project will fulfill the clients demand, and will precede the turnout of investment companies that will move strongly to the city during the coming period.
She revealed the company’s expansion plan in east and west Cairo during the next year, which aims to launch more promising national projects.
Sherif El Domyati, Prime Developments Commercial Director, said that the “Mid Tower” project includes commercial and administrative units, and the areas of commercial units start from 31 meters, and the areas of administrative units start from 30 meters, and reservations will start on October 1 until October 19, as well, and the project occupancy will be on October 20, and the company expects to achieve its sales targets from the project’s first offering.
He indicated that the engineering design of the project is in the shape of the letter (L), which gave 90% of the administrative and commercial units a full panoramic view of the most important landmarks of the Downtown, and also contributes in raising the turnout of the commercial part of the project when it is operated, and the project’s height is ground and 12 floors, and the first and second floors are for commercial projects, and from the third to the twelfth floor is dedicated to the administrative activity.
As for the “Majra” project, he explained that the units are delivered fully finished, and the average area of the units starts from 68 to 243 meters, and includes studio units, one bedroom, two bedrooms, duplexes and a ground floor with a garden, and the reservation of the project starts from 1 to 19 October, and occupancy takes place in October 20.
He explained that “Majra” project includes 6 buildings, and the first phase of the project will be launched, which includes 3 buildings, with height one floor and 4 repeated floors, and the project is characterized as one of the few projects in Hurghada, which contains a tongue that extends directly to the sea, besides providing hotel services for all units, and the project contains a variety of services, including a social club, swimming pools working with a heating system, and a health club.
He pointed that the company offers its clients special discounts on the occasion of the launch of the two projects, and the company offers distinguished payment systems to clients on the occasion of the launch of the project, pointing to the company’s focus on the accurate and distinctive selection of the locations of its projects in order to achieve the highest standards of benefit for the company and the client.
