Coinciding with its participation in Cityscape, Radix has launched its third project, Spinner, in the New Administrative Capital. The project was introduced during an event held at the Hilton Heliopolis Hotel and is distinguished by its strategic location and competitive pricing, which ranks among the best, considering the high-quality standards the company adheres to in executing its projects.
Ahmed Zaghlool, CEO of Salmaniya Group, said that the company has focused on selecting a strategic location for the Spinner project, which is situated in the MU23 area along the Hope Axis in the New Administrative Capital. This location makes it easily accessible from major roads and axes, allowing clients to reach it without having to travel long distances. The New Capital is considered one of the most advanced cities in terms of technology, which ensures the success of investments in the project.
Zaghlool added that the company has developed a comprehensive five-year investment plan aimed at expanding into new projects in the New Administrative Capital and New Alamein, while also exploring further investment opportunities in the Egyptian market.
He noted that Radix has an ambitious investment plan targeting expansion in several key areas, particularly in the New Administrative Capital. In addition to this expansion, the company is currently exploring investment opportunities in other areas such as New Cairo and October.
He noted that quality is a fundamental part of Radix’s vision, and they believe that actual execution on the ground is the true measure of a project’s success. For this reason, the company places significant emphasis on construction and design phases, using high-quality building materials and adhering to environmental sustainability standards at every phase of the project.

For his part, Akram Al-Sheikh, CEO of Radix Development, stated that the Spinner project spans approximately 10,700 sqm and consists of a ground floor and 11 upper floors. The project features diverse investment units, including medical clinics, retail shops, and administrative offices, all with flexible spaces and competitive prices. Additionally, the project provides high-quality essential services and facilities to meet the needs of clients and investors.
Al-Sheikh noted that Radix is committed to collaborating with leading specialized companies to ensure a comprehensive project, including the Archrete Engineering Consultancy and the financial and marketing consulting firm ETQAN Business Development.
He stated that the company’s future vision focuses on continuing to offer exceptional real estate products that meet the needs of both the local and global markets. Radix is considered the foundation for the establishment of the Salmaniya Group, which now includes nine companies operating in various industrial, commercial, and service sectors.
Al-Sheikh affirmed that sustainability is not just a slogan embraced by Radix; it is an integral part of every project they develop. He emphasized that building sustainably not only provides environmental benefits but also contributes to long-term cost savings and attracts clients seeking a higher quality living and working environment. For this reason, the company continuously implements eco-friendly solutions at all stages of development, from building design to construction and management.

For his part, Salman bin Khalil Al-Sabaan, Chairman of Salmaniya Group in Egypt, stated that the company has ventured into the Egyptian real estate sector through Radix Development due to the strong investment climate in Egypt.
