In a demonstration of seriousness and commitment, and ahead of the scheduled timelines, Tameer Company, a leader in real estate development, has successfully completed 80% of the construction for the first phase of its distinguished project “Azad Views.” This project spans approximately 84,000 square meters in a prime location in New Cairo, next to the American University and just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport and 40 minutes from the New Administrative Capital, with investments totaling 14.8 billion Egyptian pounds.

“Azad Views” serves as a second phase to the highly successful “Azad” project, which includes 530 units and has 400 families already living in a thriving community. It also features a high-standard business complex, representing a qualitative leap in luxury and privacy concepts, offering all elements of modern living in a vibrant, integrated residential community.
The completion of 80% of the first phase of “Azad Views” in record time surpasses all expectations, despite the significant challenges faced globally and regionally. He noted that the project’s progress exceeds the planned timelines, with daily improvements transforming the site, thanks to the dedicated efforts of all those involved in the exceptional “Azad Views” project. He added: “The construction activities in this phase of the distinguished ‘Azad Views’ project included the completion of concrete works and 70% of the building finishes, with execution rates faster than usual. Work is ongoing on the landscaping and infrastructure networks, in collaboration with several experienced and competent partners, including Yasser El-Beltagi Engineering Consultants (YBA), which designed the project; Arab Consulting Engineers (ACE), who are the project consultants; and Atrium Project Management (APM), which manages the project. This development includes 1,026 units, featuring a variety of distinctive apartments, roof units, studios, and penthouses to meet diverse needs and aspirations. The design follows a G + 4 structure, with private underground parking available.
He confirmed that the ‘Azad Views’ project is characterized by innovative architectural designs that provide all units with stunning views of open spaces and water features. All roads are designed to accommodate the needs of people with disabilities, ensuring complete safety for pedestrians, as residents can walk along pathways connecting ‘Azad Views’ with ‘Azad 1’ and the service building without crossing vehicle traffic. The project offers numerous exceptional services, representing a qualitative leap in traditional housing concepts, as it is a unique, modern, and integrated community in the heart of Cairo.
