Menassat Developments hosted a grand celebration to mark the official launch of its groundbreaking project, “Begonia Residence,” in New Cairo City.

The event welcomed real estate investors, Menassat Developments’ key partners in success, and officials from real estate marketing companies.
Ahmed Massoud, Chairman of Menassat Developments, emphasized that the “Begonia Residence” project signifies an all-encompassing residential endeavor aimed at offering customers a lifestyle characterized by superior quality and luxury standards. Noteworthy for its exceptional architectural design, the project maximizes the advantages of its strategic locale.
Massoud elaborated that “Begonia Residence” is a comprehensive residential complex situated in a prime location at the heart of New Cairo, spanning an impressive 25 feddans. Strategically positioned amidst the core axes of New Cairo—Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, Mohamed Naguib Axis, El Gezirah Axis, and the southern 90th Street—the project epitomizes the essence of New Cairo’s vibrant center. The strategic location serves as a key competitive factor ensuring the project’s success.
The project comprises residential buildings with a ground floor and four additional levels, with construction occupying a mere 20% of the total area, while the remaining space is dedicated to lush greenery. Amenities include a social club, a swimming pool, and an underground parking facility, preserving the project’s aesthetic appeal and well-organized internal layout.
“Begonia Residence” marks Menassat Developments’ fifth project and aligns with the company’s expansion strategy to diversify its investment portfolio across various activities and locations. Serving as the company’s inaugural residential venture, the project is managed with a keen eye on technological advancements in global real estate development.
The celebratory event featured a comprehensive overview of the project’s specifics, unveiling payment plans starting from a 5% down payment and extending to eight-year installments.
