Khaled Sabry Holding assigns Shady El Zayat as chief commercial officer

Dr. Shady El Zayat joins Khaled Sabry Holding’s team with an ambitious business plan that suits the company’s expansion.

Khaled Sabry Holding announced that Dr. Shady El Zayat joined the company’s team to assume the position of chief commercial officer (CCO), which comes within the company’s plan to contract with experienced persons in the marketing and sales sectors.

The company’s CCO, Dr. Shady El Zayat, stated that he has an ambitious work plan for Khaled Sabry Holding to integrate marketing and sales teams in order to achieve its sales goals and highlighted that the company is keen to hire new teams to work within an ambitious plan that enhances its strategic goals and supports its expansion plans.
El Zayat pointed out that Khaled Sabry Holding owns a diversified project portfolio, as the company owns about 50 separate projects in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, in addition to three projects in New Administrative Capital and a project in New Cairo, east Cairo, which is a strong portfolio that includes a huge customer base.
He pointed out that the company has an ambitious expansion plan in the coming period and elaborated that these huge projects, along with the aspiring expansion plan, guarantee the company’s transformation to acquire a greater position in the real estate market and become one of the major real estate companies in Egypt’s real estate market.
Khaled Sabry Holding aims to achieve a balance between direct and indirect marketing through diversification of sales channels, he added.
“The company is working on various marketing plans between e-marketing and direct marketing by being present at successful real estate exhibitions inside and outside Egypt during the coming period in order to achieve direct communication between the company and its customers with diversification in various marketing mechanisms to reach target customers,” El Zayat noted. “Moreover, the company operates in the real estate market with about 15 years of experience. During this period, it has managed to develop a bunch of distinguished projects in 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed, and New Cairo, all the way to the New Administrative Capital, as part of the company’s plan to be part of the state’s plan to develop a huge national project and a smart city.”
Furthermore, the company has launched two mixed-use projects in the New Administrative Capital, with investments amounting to more than EGP 1.5 billion in the past two years. These projects are Ronza Tower in New Capital’s downtown area, Ryan Tower in the CBD, and Rosail Compound in New Cairo, according to El Zayat.
Dr. Shady El Zayat, the CCO at Khaled Sabry Holding, has more than 15 years of experience, during which he held various positions in major real estate development companies, and he also succeeded in achieving sales worth EGP 22 billion in the companies he worked for throughout his professional career.
El Zayat succeeded in marketing projects in various regions, namely Marsa Alam, in which he achieved sales worth EGP 2 billion. Moreover, he succeeded in marketing projects in Obour, Maadi, the 6th of October, the Fifth Settlement, and the New Administrative Capital. It is a portfolio of diversified projects that added a variety of cumulative experiences to him. It also gained him expertise in dealing with customers’ choices and providing them with appropriate payment plans that achieve balance with the company’s financial systems.
