VAI Developments attribute the implementation of the central air conditioning system for 4T4 project to Gascool Company

VAI Developments announced contracting with Gascool, a leading company in the field of energy and cooling, to implement the central air conditioning system for 4T4 project in the New Administrative Capital, as part of the company’s plan to cooperate with strong entities to implement a project with the highest quality standards.

Mahmoud Abdeen VAI Developments managing director, assured the company’s keenness to implement the project within high quality specifications, as well as to adhere to all the details and conditions that were presented to the project’s clients, in accordance with the building requirements of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company.

He added that Gascool is one of the leading companies in the petroleum sector that owes a strong reputation in the field of central cooling systems according to the best global recognized technology in this field, besides its recorded experience in implementing and establishing such projects in all their various contractual forms.

He pointed that the project capacity was determined to be a total cooling capacity of approximately 430 tons for the building in the New Administrative Capital, including the basic designs for establishing, erecting, and operating the central air conditioning system within “VRF” system, noting that the consulting studies implemented by VAI Commercial Real Estate Development Company, aligns with the space allocated for creating the central air conditioning system.

He showed that Gascool Company undertakes air conditioning, heating and ventilation works, providing central air conditioning devices that operate with absorption, central air conditioning devices that operate with centrifugal compressors – water cooling, industrial cooling and electromechanical works, adding that Gascool provides cooling solutions, effective and innovative for commercial and residential facilities.

He assured that implementation within high rates is the company’s first priority in its project, in adherence to the specified timetable for completion of implementation and delivery, which supports the company’s credibility in the real estate market, and the company is also continuing its new contracts in all the project’s details, which achieves its plan to implement an innovative, integrated and distinguished project.

He also revealed the company’s plan to launch a luxurious residential project in New Zayed soon, which will be a distinguished project in all its details, as part of the company’s plan to diversify its investment portfolio in terms of the areas in which it is located, as well as in terms of the nature of projects, which will maintain its strong position in the market.
