Sorouh Developments announced that ACUD approved adding a new floor to the Entrada project. This step reflects the trust placed in the company and reaffirms Sorouh’s compliance with ACUD requirements and standards.
CEO Eng. Ahmed Harby stated that this approval adds significant value to the project. Moreover, it boosts the project’s investment appeal and meets growing unit demand. Harby confirmed that the approval supports the expansion strategy and reinforces Sorouh’s commitment to delivering innovative urban solutions. He added that ACUD’s confidence highlights Sorouh’s efficiency. This strengthens the company’s position in the New Administrative Capital.
The new floor expands available space and units. Thus, it meets customer demand and increases investment returns. It also enhances the project’s overall market value. CCO Hany Sonallah emphasized Entrada’s prime location in the New Capital. The compound is located on the first plot in the R7 district. It faces the International Exhibition City and is near The Knowledge Hub Universities. It is also steps away from the Cathedral. Entrada consists of a ground floor and eight upper floors.
The project lies on the Central Axis Road, a 100-meter-wide road. This road connects Al Masa Hotel, the Government District, and the Presidential Palace. It extends all the way to the Suez Road. The location ensures proximity to key routes inside and outside the capital. The built-up area covers only 19%. Therefore, Entrada offers large green spaces and landscaping. It also features the largest artificial lakes in the capital. Moreover, loading ratios start at just 18%.
Units include ground-floor apartments with gardens, typical floors, and duplexes. Amenities feature a mixed-use mall, social club, swimming pools, a gym, and underground parking. Additional services include security, maintenance, and surveillance cameras. Sorouh collaborates with leading entities for project delivery. Ehaf is the engineering consultant, while Mimar Architects is the architectural consultant. Detac and the Spanish company Redcon are contracted for project execution.
Units range from 91 to 250 sqm. Payment plans start at 10% down payment and extend up to 10 years. This supports clients’ purchasing power and ensures flexible financial solutions.
