The move reflects the company’s strategy to deliver developments aligned with international real estate and hospitality standards.

According to Chairman Ahmed Diab, the success of the AT North Coast project begins with selecting the right partners with proven expertise in hospitality and large-scale developments.

He emphasized that Azure Architects brings strong experience in Egypt and international markets, particularly in hospitality projects.

Azure Architects, led by Arch. Omar Okeil, played a key role in shaping the concept and master plan of the AT North Coast project.

Moreover, the firm’s portfolio includes major developments such as Dusit Hotel in New Cairo, Downtown Katameya, and projects in Saudi Arabia, reflecting its regional expertise.

Location and Master Plan of AT North Coast 

The AT  project is located in Sidi Abdel Rahman at kilometer 127, spanning 105 feddans.

Its design follows an organic architectural concept, ensuring seamless integration between spaces while maintaining low density and height restrictions of ground plus two floors.

Hospitality and Lifestyle Features

The project includes a wide range of entertainment and hospitality components, including a 30,000-square-meter aqua park — the largest in the North Coast.

In addition, it features lagoons, a lazy river, and three hotels designed to support year-round operation and enhance tourism and investment value.

Investment Vision and Future Expansion

Liberty Developments confirmed that the AT North Coast is the first development in the area to obtain a fully integrated 100% hospitality license.
