AE Media Production company announced collaboration with Nakheel Developments, to carry out a documentary film on its projects; Double Two Tower and Trio V Tower in the New Administrative Capital.

Dr. Abdel Rahman Essam Arafa, Chairman of AE Media Production, said that cooperation with Nakheel Developments adds for the company’s precedent in the implementation of advertising projects for real estate development companies, and the company ended the implementation of agreed upon work with Nakheel Developments, which are documentary films aiming to support real estate development industry completely.

He added that the company carries out marketing and advertising in a different way for the company’s real estate projects, so that can concentrate on projects implemented in new cities, so that the project is part of a comprehensive urban development, introducing a panoramic show reflecting the nature of life in the surrounding area of the entire project and not only in the project’s location.

He noted that a documentary and promotional film was implemented for Double Two Tower, as well as a film for Time hotels company, which operates the hotel part in the project, as the film Time Hotel precedent for previous projects in Dubai, where the film includes panoramic scenes in 5 Hotels in Dubai which are managed by Time Hotel.

Another documentary has been prepared for Trio V Tower project in the New Administrative Capital, as it includes photographing of the project area as it is part of the comprehensive development in the Downtown in the Administrative Capital.

He pointed that focusing on a comprehensive view of the surrounding area of the project raises the investment value of the project as a whole, and reflects the volume of overall development and reconstruction, which Egypt is currently experiencing, which is a marketing method for Egypt’s new cities and not for real estate projects only, besides giving an overall view for the beaches surrounding coastal projects such as the Downtown area, which is one of the contributions to the real estate export file.

He pointed that AE Media Production Company specializes in executing documentaries for companies that are used and published on social media, and regarded as one of the marketing mechanisms for companies with their various projects, and it also works for companies in other economic sectors, not only in real estate sector.
