Al Khalifa Real Estate Development Acquires a Major Portion of “Remas Golf Park” in Ras Sudr and Begins a New Phase of Redevelopment

In a step that reflects the company’s expansion into coastal destinations and its efforts to strengthen its presence in the market, Al Khalifa Real Estate Development has officially announced the acquisition of a major portion of the “Golf Park” project in Ras Sudr, which spans an area of 75 acres.

The company is preparing to redesign the project and launch a new urban vision aligned with the site’s promising potential, ahead of its reintroduction early next year.
A Strategic Acquisition Reviving the Project
This acquisition represents a strategic move aimed at revitalizing a significant tourism project that had been stalled for a long period due to previous challenges. The company confirmed that among its top priorities during this phase is addressing the cases of previous clients with full care, ensuring stable and well-organized relationships in accordance with approved legal and administrative frameworks.

Eng. Amr Khalifa, CEO of Al Khalifa Real Estate Development, stated that the acquisition followed an in-depth study of the project’s components and its unique location, noting:
“We are currently working on a new design vision that enhances the site’s investment value, with a comprehensive update of the infrastructure and development of services to match Ras Sudr’s growth as a rising tourism destination.”
He added that the team has already begun preparing an integrated urban and architectural masterplan aimed at maximizing the use of the 75-acre area, including the potential addition of entertainment and tourism amenities to boost the project’s appeal upon relaunch.
Organizing the Status of Previous Clients within a Clear Framework
Eng. Amr Khalifa emphasized that the company has placed significant focus on the files of previous clients since the start of the acquisition process, stating:
“The company is fully committed to organizing the status of previous clients in line with the systems and procedures adopted internally, in a transparent manner that respects all rights.”
He noted that reorganizing these files is a crucial step to ensure that the project’s new phase begins on stable and well-defined grounds.

For his part, Mohamed Al-Sabaa confirmed that a major portion of the “Golf Park” project will be reintroduced early next year after the new designs are approved, explaining:
“We are currently working on a new concept that reflects the scale of planned development, along with a marketing strategy that highlights Ras Sudr’s tourism strengths and the opportunities the project will offer after its upgrade.”
He added that the commercial sector is focused on presenting a comprehensive project based on construction quality and competitive real estate products, in line with the company’s vision of delivering developments with real value.
