Al Oula Developments announced its official sponsorship of the Mediterranean Investment Gateway (MIG) Forum in New Alamein City. The event took place at North Square Mall under the patronage of Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.
Mohamed Mansour, Chairman of Al Oula Developments, confirmed the company’s commitment to supporting the state’s efforts in New Alamein City. He emphasized that the MIG Forum reflects the company’s strategy to enhance the city’s role as a leading investment destination on the Mediterranean.
The chairman explained that the forum addresses key issues in investment and urban development across Egypt and the wider region. In particular, it highlights New Alamein City’s unique position among Egypt’s fourth-generation cities as a model for integrated coastal development.
Moreover, he noted that the event sheds light on promising investment opportunities in the city. It also positions New Alamein as a strategic hub that integrates tourism, commercial, and urban activities, in line with Egypt’s vision for the North Coast.
The Mediterranean Investment Gateway Forum runs for eight days with the participation of senior officials, real estate leaders, and investment companies from Egypt and the Arab region.
