Imarrae Launches “KIN” – A New Era of Luxury Living in New Cairo

Imarrae, a rising name in the real estate sector, has officially launched its first project, “KIN,” marking a new milestone in luxury residential and commercial development.

Situated in the prestigious Al-Qarnfoul Villas area of New Cairo, KIN offers an innovative blend of high-end residential, commercial, and administrative units, setting new standards in the Egyptian property market.
KIN boasts a prime location just 500 meters from North 90 Street and Al-Rehab Gate 24, providing unparalleled accessibility to major landmarks. The project spans 23 acres, featuring a variety of unit types, including serviced apartments, studios, duplexes, penthouses, and administrative spaces. Designed to cater to diverse lifestyle needs, KIN ensures a harmonious balance between elegance and functionality.
To enhance affordability, Imarrae introduced a flexible payment plan, allowing buyers to pay 1% monthly over 100 months, making homeownership more accessible than ever. The company partnered with Arc5, a subsidiary of Arkan Group, for architectural design and engineering consultancy, ensuring state-of-the-art planning and execution.
The grand launch event, held on February 18, featured notable business figures, investors, and entertainment performances by artists Aziz Maraka, Abu, and Hana Yousry.
Co-founders Eng. Ahmed Khodr and Eng. Ahmed Shaker expressed their vision for KIN as a transformative project redefining contemporary living in Egypt. Looking ahead, Imarrae plans to launch two additional projects in 2025, reinforcing its commitment to excellence and innovation in the real estate industry.
