Babylon Urban Development Partners with MRB for Integrated Facilities Management in the New Administrative Capital.

Babylon Urban Development has signed a strategic agreement with MRB Holding to manage and operate the integrated facilities of its flagship projects, Senator Twin Tower and Heritage, in the Administrative District of the New Administrative Capital.

Dr. Hossam Farag, Chairman of Babylon, emphasized that this collaboration aligns with the company’s vision to provide top-tier real estate developments while maintaining high operational standards. The Senator Twin Tower project, spanning 5,600 sqm, has completed its structural construction, and Heritage is set for launch in Q2 2025.

MRB, known for its expertise in facilities management, will ensure sustainability and long-term value for investors and tenants. The projects adhere to green building standards to secure sustainability certifications.
