The construction team has completed over 70% of the façade work.
Meanwhile, the company is also progressing on CORE, a commercial and administrative project in the R3 district. The project is positioned at the intersection of two 70-meter-wide roads. It overlooks the main R3 corridor, which connects Sports City, the Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, and the Central Business District. CORE is just minutes away from the New Capital’s main gate.
