“W Capital” Wins “Emaar” Award as Top-Selling and Marketing Performer in 2025

Dubai real estate brokerage firm W Capital has been recognized by Emaar Properties for the third consecutive year. The company ranked among the top-selling and best-marketing brokerages in 2025. This achievement highlights W Capital’s leadership in the Dubai real estate brokerage market and its success in serving diverse property investors.

“Emaar, one of the world’s largest real estate developers, selecting W Capital as a top-selling and best-marketing brokerage for the third year, proves our success,” said Walid Al Zarooni, CEO.
He added that W Capital markets all real estate categories. These include projects for middle- and limited-income buyers as well as luxury residences.
Al Zarooni explained that W Capital works with a select group of major developers, most notably Emaar Properties. This partnership allows the company to meet client needs and offer diverse investment options at competitive prices.
The CEO stated that W Capital aims to become one of the top national real estate brokerages in the coming years. The firm supports UAE developers’ expansion plans.
Moreover, W Capital works to increase purchasing momentum for both individuals and companies. The company highlights attractive investment opportunities in a market that continues to grow steadily.
Al Zarooni also mentioned that Dubai’s real estate projects boost related sectors, including brokerage. Therefore, they create significant growth opportunities in the near future.
Emaar Properties, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, operates across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. The company holds 618 million square feet of land in the UAE and international markets.
In 2025, Emaar achieved record real estate sales of AED 80.4 billion (US$21.9 billion). This figure represents a 16% increase from 2024. The growth resulted from strong demand for flagship communities and new project launches.
Since 2002, Emaar has delivered over 125,600 residential units on time in Dubai and international markets. The company owns 1.4 million square meters of revenue-generating assets. It also manages 41 hotels and resorts with nearly 10,000 rooms.
Retail, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, and commercial leasing activities, plus international operations, contribute about 26% of total revenue.
Some of Emaar’s most notable developments include:
  • Burj Khalifa, a global architectural landmark
  • The Dubai Mall, the world’s most visited shopping destination
  • The Dubai Fountain, the largest choreographed fountain
These projects highlight Emaar’s influence on Dubai’s skyline and global reputation.
