El Khalifa Group Launches SITIO Project in West Cairo with EGP 400 mn Targeted Sales.

El Khalifa Group launches the SITIO project in West Cairo, with targeted sales of EGP 400 mn, as part of the company’s plan to launch two projects in West Cairo in 2022.

Amr Khalifa, chairman El Khalifa Group, says that the project spans over 6 acres and it is located on the direct link to Dahshur. SITIO project is an integrated residential project, comprising 30 units varying between villas, twin houses, and standalone villas with units’ areas starting from 359 sqm

Additionally, the company offers various instalment systems meeting all the clients’ needs, with a down payment starting from 10%, and installments up to 10 years.

“The project includes a commercial mall, which provides integrated services to both project’s clients and outside clients, as it is located on 3,000 sqm with the height of ground, first floor and an open roof, in addition to dedicated parking spaces for cars,” Khalifa adds.

Also, the project is characterized by flexible areas and the genius of the internal division of each unit to ensure the optimum utilization of space in each unit, where the unit can include 6 bedrooms and a private garden.

Khalifa points out that the project includes swimming pools for adults and children, places for running and cycling, a tennis court and a walkway, in cooperation with Art Deco company, is one of the decoration companies owned by EL Khalifa Group, to be responsible for finishing the units.

The company offers the possibility to finish the unit with installments of the finishing cost during the paying years of the unit price to achieve quick housing for the client in his unit and raise the project’s occupancy rate as well.
