DOJA Developments launches Galini project in North Coast with EGP 1.5bn investments

Galini North Coast luxury resort

DOJA Developments has launched its latest project, Galini, in the Sidi Abdel Rahman area on Egypt’s North Coast.
Galini is a luxury mixed-use resort that includes residential, touristic, and hotel components.

Moreover, DOJA is investing EGP 1.5 billion, showing its focus on client satisfaction and real estate market growth.

DOJA Developments has launched Galini, a high-end resort in Sidi Abdel Rahman. Chairman Mahmoud Adel described the project as a major step in the company’s expansion strategy. It reflects DOJA’s long-term vision to offer premium residential and hospitality experiences.
Galini enjoys a strategic location. It is just 15 minutes from New Alamein City and two hours from Cairo. The resort is easily accessible via the Dabaa Axis and the new road networks. Additionally, it benefits from its proximity to Alamein International Airport.
The project aligns with Egypt’s vision to turn the North Coast into a year-round destination. Adel emphasized that Galini combines natural beauty with long-term investment value. This makes it ideal for both end users and investors.
The resort includes 160 fully serviced units and a 110-room hotel. The design of each unit focuses on comfort, elegance, and efficiency. Smart layouts make the spaces practical without compromising luxury.
DOJA offers flexible payment plans. Buyers can start with just 10% down and pay over eight years. These terms are highly competitive in the coastal market.
Galini provides a wide range of amenities. These include full room service, a modern gym, underground parking, an indoor restaurant, a rooftop café, and a poolside bar. Families will enjoy the dedicated children’s area. The commercial zone offers shopping and dining experiences.
To ensure top-tier operations, DOJA partnered with FM Plus, a subsidiary of Concrete Plus, for facility management. Azal Hotels & Resorts, part of the Garrana Group, will operate the hotel—ensuring high service standards and experienced hospitality management.
Notably, the company has fully paid for the land and will entirely self-finance the construction. Adel confirmed that this guarantees stability and timely delivery.
In conclusion, Galini is more than a resort. It is a lifestyle destination that blends location, design, and value.
