Al-Habeeb Group Signs Exclusive Strategic Consulting Contract with JKFacilities to Manage and Operate Happiness Plaza’

Happiness Plaza New Qena partnership was announced by Al-Habeeb Group, led by General Abdul Rahim Manoufi. The group signed an exclusive contract with JKFacilities, a company specializing in property management and mall operations, under the leadership of Eng. Osama Alaa Albadry.

This partnership will also provide technical, administrative, marketing, and commercial consulting for the Happiness Plaza project. Moreover, it paves the way for its upcoming operational launch.

The contract was signed by Mr. Ahmed Yahya Al-Noubi, Manager of Al-Habeeb Group, Mr. Saleh Abdul Rahim Manoufi, Manager of Al-Habeeb for Development and Investment, and Eng. Ahmed Mansour Abdul-Lah, Manager of Al-Habeeb Engineering and Contracting Company. In addition, Mr. Tamer Shakir, Chairman of Joud Investments, and Ms. Iysal Khalifa, Executive Director and Board Member of JKFacilities, also signed.

Al-Habeeb Group confirmed that Happiness Plaza spans 20,000 square meters at the main entrance of New Qena. Furthermore, it is the first of its kind in the region as a comprehensive administrative, commercial, hotel, and entertainment complex. The project is already 80% complete. Therefore, the official opening is anticipated by December 2026. As a result, it will be a central attraction in Upper Egypt.

Happiness Plaza features modern architectural design and multi-purpose spaces. In addition, it integrates medical, entertainment, and commercial services. Thus, it becomes a primary destination for residents and visitors of Qena.

Al-Habeeb Group emphasized that the partnership with JKFacilities represents a strategic alliance in managing and operating commercial complexes in Upper Egypt. The project will also create direct and indirect job opportunities. Moreover, it aligns with the group’s strategy to invest in Upper Egypt across various sectors.

JKFacilities stated that its management and consulting of Happiness Plaza in New Qena extends its long-standing expertise in managing diverse projects in Egypt. The company affirmed that Happiness Plaza will be a landmark. This is thanks to the combination of administrative efficiency and investment ambition. Finally, it positions the project as a modern urban destination in southern Egypt.
