IMS Developments Completes Sale of Helio Sun Project in New Heliopolis City

IMS Developments has announced the complete sale of its Helio Sun project in New Heliopolis City.

The company also commenced construction ahead of schedule and aims to deliver units to clients earlier than planned.
Mohamed Atef, Sales Manager at IMS Developments, highlighted the strong customer demand for Helio Sun, attributing its popularity to its strategic location near the New Administrative Capital and major roads and its competitive pricing starting at EGP 11,500 per square meter.
Atef noted that the company began excavation after securing all necessary building permits. They have also contracted multiple building materials suppliers to accelerate the construction process and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Moreover, IMS Developments’ strategy focuses on meeting diverse customer needs by offering a variety of projects with different unit sizes. This aligns with their expansion plan to launch new projects in various areas throughout the year.
Helio Sun’s prime location, near Suez Road and Ismailia Road and just minutes away from Madinaty, the New Administrative Capital, and New Cairo, adds to its appeal. The proximity to key recreational and vital areas ensures residents’ ease of access.
Furthermore, Atef emphasized the substantial demand for housing in Egypt, with the market requiring nearly one million housing units annually due to population growth. This demand has attracted foreign investors to seek investment opportunities in Egypt, particularly in the New Administrative Capital and other fourth-generation cities.
Also, numerous foreign and Arab countries have submitted applications for land investments, as confirmed by requests to the New Urban Communities Authority.
Notably, Helio Sun’s swift sale and ongoing construction reflect IMS Developments’ commitment to addressing market needs and expanding its footprint in Egypt’s dynamic real estate sector.
