Innovo Build Launches Career Day at Aswan University to Develop Future Engineering Leaders

ASWAN — Innovo Build launched its “Career Day” recruitment event for engineering students and alumni at Aswan University. Notably, the initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to human capital development in Upper Egypt.

The event was organized in partnership with the University Center for Career Development (UCCD). Additionally, it was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Together, these efforts highlight strong collaboration between academia and industry.

Through this initiative, Innovo Build supports Egypt’s strategy to invest in human capital. Moreover, the company contributes directly to the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.

By attracting high-caliber graduates, Innovo Build aims to strengthen the construction sector. At the same time, it supports the delivery of major national projects.

Eng. Sameh Seifin, General Manager of Innovo Build, said the collaboration reflects the company’s firm belief in regional universities. According to him, these institutions are essential for preparing future industry leaders.

“Investing in youth is the foundation for building a sustainable future for the construction sector,” Seifin said.

From the academic perspective, Dr. Loay Saad El-Din Nosrat, President of Aswan University, praised the initiative. Specifically, he called it a practical model for aligning higher education with labor market needs.

He added that the partnership supports the presidential initiative “Prepare to Grow” (Kun Musta’idan). Consequently, students gain direct access to training and employment pathways.

Dr. Shaimaa Kamal, Recruitment and Employer Relations Officer at the UCCD, highlighted the shared commitment to fulfilling graduates’ ambitions. Importantly, she noted that Innovo Build went beyond traditional recruitment.

Instead, the company transferred field expertise and global best practices to students. Therefore, graduates gain a competitive edge and exposure to advanced construction technologies.
