Wealth Holding Partners with Retaj Hotels to Operate Jeval Business Complex in Egypt’s New Capital

Wealth Holding announces a strategic partnership with Retaj Hotels & Hospitality. The agreement aims to operate and manage a new project in the New Administrative Capital.

Eng. Sohair Koriem confirmed that the company is pleased to sign this partnership with Retaj Group. She explained that the deal will operate and manage “Jeval Business Complex” as an integrated destination. The project reflects the growing development in the New Administrative Capital.
Sheikh Nayef Bin Eid Al Thani stated that Retaj Group is proud to work in the New Administrative Capital. He emphasized that Egypt became a magnet destination for Arab and foreign investments.
Wealth Holding announced the partnership agreement with Retaj International Hotels and Hospitality. The signing took place in the presence of Eng. Sohair Koriem, Chairwoman, and Sheikh Nayef Bin Eid Al Thani, Retaj Group Chairman. This step aims to support real estate and tourism expansion in Egypt in the coming period.
This collaboration marks the first milestone between both companies. They will jointly operate and manage “Jeval Business Complex. The project is one of the most prominent projects in the New Administrative Capital. It holds a strategic location in the heart of Downtown. The project covers an area of 3,600 square meters and features a distinguished architectural facade. It consists of 12 floors that include commercial, administrative, and hotel apartments. Retaj Hotels & Hospitality will manage the branded apartments, commercial complex, and administrative components.
The project represents an integrated approach that combines commercial, administrative, and branded apartments. It offers value-added investment opportunities and a proper return on investment for owners. Additionally, it allows great asset value appreciation.
This partnership reflects the fusion of Egyptian real estate expertise with Retaj’s global hotel vision. Therefore, it enhances Egypt’s position as a pivotal investment and tourism destination in the Middle East and Africa.
Eng. Sohair Koriem expressed respect and appreciation for the partnership. She assured that this step responds to the growing opportunities in the Egyptian market. She added that the Jeval Business Complex is not just an administrative and commercial project. It is an integrated destination that introduces a new era of mixed-use projects in the New Administrative Capital. Moreover, it opens new horizons for real estate and hotel investment in Egypt. The project also attracts foreign investments in touristic products.
She highlighted that integration between real estate development and hotel hospitality represents a global trend. Egypt became one of the most prominent markets capable of accommodating this trend. This is due to Egypt’s Vision 2030 and urban development plans.
She confirmed that the Egyptian real estate market is experiencing one of its most active periods despite global challenges. This partnership will add exceptional value to the Jeval project. It integrates innovative hospitality solutions that achieve sustainable investment returns for clients.
It should be noted that Wealth Holding has more than 23 years of experience in real estate development. The company owns a diverse portfolio of projects in both local and international markets. Locally, Wealth Holding contributed to Garden Hills October, Al Safwa Hospital, and the Olympic City on Al Sokhna Road. It also developed New Ismailia City through 53 residential buildings. Internationally, the company delivered Rixos Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, several hotel towers in Dubai, and Nur-Mubarak Educational University in Kazakhstan.
Sheikh Nayef Bin Eid Al Thani explained that Egypt became a prominent regional destination for real estate and tourism investment. He expressed that the New Administrative Capital will serve as Retaj’s major gateway. Therefore, it acts as a mega development icon attracting Arab and foreign investments.
He confirmed that Retaj International considers the Egyptian market a cornerstone of its future plans. He praised Egypt’s great efforts in infrastructure and national projects over the past six years. Retaj Hotels & Hospitality will introduce a new standard of hospitality for the Jeval Business Complex project.
Retaj aims to manage 26 hotels by 2025. The group targets reaching 50 hotels by 2030.
