Cairo Capital Developments has announced the completion of the 1st phase of its Lake West 1 project—one of the company’s flagship residential developments in Sheikh Zayed City.
This milestone underscores the company’s strong commitment to delivering quality and upholding the highest standards for its clients.
Yasser Khalaf, Chairman of Cairo Capital Developments, confirmed the successful delivery of the project’s first phase.
The handover received overwhelmingly positive feedback from homeowners.
This achievement reflects the company’s strong commitment to high quality and on-time delivery.
Commitment goes beyond just meeting delivery deadlines — it extends to precision in details, high-quality finishes, and providing a fully integrated and secure residential environment. These elements are the cornerstone of any successful and sustainable real estate project, Khalaf stated.
Cairo Capital Developments is developing Lake West over 43 feddans on Waslet Dahshour Road and financing the project independently to maintain full control over construction and quality.
Phase One: Already delivered and occupied, with 96 villas handed over to satisfied residents.
Phase Two: Currently under execution and set for completion within two months. This phase includes 123 villas.
Cairo Capital Contracting is executing the construction. The company is a sister firm with over 30 years of experience in the Saudi market. It also holds a Grade A classification, reflecting its strong technical and operational capabilities.
Cairo Capital Developments is currently working on four projects in Sheikh Zayed City. This effort is part of a strategic expansion plan to grow the company’s presence in West Cairo, one of Egypt’s top real estate markets.
These projects target a wide range of customers. They offer varied unit types and flexible options to match the rising demand for upscale living.
