The first edition of the Real Estate Technology, Digital Twin, and Sustainable Smart Cities Conference concluded with outstanding success.

It was held for the first time in Egypt under the name Neo Gen Conference. Moreover, the event achieved strong participation from ministries, authorities, and industry leaders.
The conference witnessed high-level governmental attendance. It included Dr. Abdel Khaleq Ibrahim, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities. He attended in his capacity as Head of Technical Affairs.
Additionally, Mr. Hossam Heiba attended as CEO of GAFI. He represented H.E. the Minister of Investment. Furthermore, Dr. Ahmed Khattab attended as President of the National Telecommunications Institute. He represented H.E. the Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
Also, Brigadier General Ihab El-Qattan attended as Head of the Central Department for Digital Transformation. He represented the Chairman of the Industrial Development Authority.

Likewise, Dr. Sally George attended as Head of Digital Transformation at the Financial Regulatory Authority.
The event was also attended by senior executives of leading real estate development companies. It included Dr. Amr El-Adl, Managing Director of MBG. It also included Dr. Sameh El-Sayed, Chairman of Misr El-Gedida.
In addition, Dr. Ahmed Omar Mashal attended as Chairman of ARX Development. The conference was sponsored by Madinet Masr. Meanwhile, digital future pioneers actively participated in the PropTech sector.
They included Mr. Hany Lasheen and Eng. Abdel Nasser Taha. Also participating were Eng. Mahmoud Hegab, Chairman of Makkook AI. Additionally, Dr. Ahmed Lotfy, Chairman of Stips Smart Homes, attended. Furthermore, Dr. Walaa El-Sabban and Eng. Ayman Aboulfarag participated. They represented FIC from Finland.
The conference sessions opened with a strategic panel discussion. The session was titled “Building Digital Egypt with Next-Generation Technologies”.
It featured strong participation from the Assistant Minister of Housing. It also included the Deputy Minister of Communications.
Moreover, Mr. Mohamed El-Sakrary participated as a Digital Platforms Expert. Eng. Mohamed Abou Zeid joined as an Innovative Digital Marketing Expert.
In addition, Dr. Sameh El-Sayed and Dr. Amr El-Adl participated. Dr. Abdel Rahman Khalil professionally moderated the opening session.

Among the key recommendations was leveraging PropTech solutions. The discussion emphasized modernizing the real estate ecosystem.
Furthermore, the panel stressed strengthening cooperation between developers and telecommunications companies. It also highlighted collaboration with technology providers and artificial intelligence innovators.
The distinguished audience reflected the caliber of the speakers. It included Eng. Alaa Fekry, Chairman of Beta Developments.
Also attending were Eng. Bassem El-Sherbiny and Eng. Ashraf Hashem. They represented engineering consultancy firms.

The session gained further depth with Dr. Sally George’s participation. She represented the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority.
She emphasized investor confidence in cooperating with digital platforms. She highlighted transparency and credibility as key drivers.
Meanwhile, Mr. Hossam Heiba discussed digital transformation within governmental entities. He stressed adopting advanced technologies to match global development.
The session also featured Eng. Hossam Ezz from Fawry Plus. Dr. Fayez Ezz El-Din moderated the session. He hosted global Egyptian businessman and investor Dr. Ali El-Dakroury.
Khaled Abdel Rahman commented as Founder and CEO of Neo Gen Conference. He stated that organizing the closing session was the main challenge.
However, the session turned into a pleasant surprise for attendees. The audience remained eager until the final session.
The session featured new-generation technology leaders and AI pioneers. They included Mr. Nabil Khalifa of Meska.
Eng. Hossam Fekry, creator of Adam AI, also participated. Dr. Ahmed Lotfy joined the session as well.
Additionally, Mr. Mohamed Islam participated in the session. He attended as Chairman of the Real Estate Investment and Development Chamber.
He represented the Afro-Asian Investors Union. The session received governmental support from Brigadier General Ihab El-Qattan.
He represented the Industrial Development Authority. He presented the Authority’s digital real estate platform for land allocation.
He also explained electronic procedures completion. Mr. Hesham El-Fouly moderated the session.
