NGD launches its latest project “L’HIVER” in New Alamein
New Generation Developments launched its latest project in New Alamein City “L’HIVER”, with 1,000-meter length beachfront on New Alamein Lake.
Assem Fadel, Chairman of NGD, said that the project enjoys competitive advantages in New Alamein, starting with the selection of the distinguished location in the city, as well as the distinctive design that cares about all details and ensures the best utilization of the unique location of the project, as well as benefiting from the advantages of New Alamein, as one of the smart and sustainable fourth generation cities.
He added that the construction ratio of the project reaches 18%, and 95% of the units are waterfront with a sandy beach suitable for swimming, besides the project also includes a variety of services that guarantee entertainment for clients.
He pointed that the project includes the first sports club in the Middle East by Roland Garros-the first French tennis academy in the world-, in addition to a commercial area, which is the only one overlooking the international coastal road, besides a limited hotel and 3 yacht marinas, which makes the project a target for both local and foreign client.
He showed that KAD is designing the project which is one of the leading companies in designing projects, and the project is managed under the supervision of the French company FONCIER, which ensures cooperation with strong success partners who have a strong precedent and experience in projects implementation.
He added that the project’s first phase includes Twin villa units with an area of 220 meters, a Townhouse with an area of 177 meters, and a studio with areas ranging from 42 to 123 meters, pointing that all units are delivered fully furnished with air conditioner unit, kitchen units, room cupboards, and a planted garden for the ground floor units and villas, besides presenting an exclusive offer with the launching of the first phase of the project, which includes a free membership to Roland Garros Club.
He assured that NGD offers various payment systems for clients, including 5% down payment and the rest over 7 years, 6% down payment and the rest over 8 years, 9% down payment and the rest over 9 years, which are flexible payment systems that suit the targeted clients of the project, pointing that these systems are carefully studied in order to have balance between the company and the client interests.
He pointed that the company has a specific plan for implementation and delivery of the project, as construction will start at the end of this year and delivery will begin at the end of 2025, explaining that the New Alamein is witnessing an urban boom and demand on it will increase with the opening of the first phase, which guarantees a strong investment return for clients who purchase units in the first phase of the project.
