Reservations Now Open for Phase One of “9INTH Hub” Mall in the Heart of 6th of October City, with Investment Exceeding EGP 8 Billion

Segment 4 for Real Estate Investment, in strategic partnership with SAMCO, has officially announced the opening of reservations for the first phase of its major commercial project “9INTH Hub”.

The project marks the inaugural venture of this new real estate alliance and is strategically located on the Central Axis of 6th of October City, directly in front of the Monorail Station and next to Chill Out Station, serving the Ninth District and the wider 6th of October City, It offers a wide array of services catering to all customer segments.
Mr. Abdelrahman Ashraf, Head of the Commercial Sector, stated that the company is developing the project in three sales phases, starting with 320 mixed-use units in the first phase.
These include commercial, administrative, and medical units in various sizes, suitable for a broad range of investment activities. The first phase alone is targeting sales of EGP 2 billion.
Ashraf also noted that Rock Developments assigned the engineering and consultancy works to Platoon, one of the leading engineering consultancy firms established in 2000.
With a proven track record of major projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, Platoon’s involvement reflects the developer’s commitment to delivering a project built to world-class standards in both design and quality.
Mr. Sameer Abdelmonem, Sales Director, added that “9INTH Hub” stands as a flagship development that showcases Segment 4’s strategy of selecting high-potential investment locations and offering projects that combine modernity and functionality to meet the evolving needs of the market.
