Rock Developments welcomed Canadian architect Hazel Wong, who leads WSW Architects and designed the Rock Capital 1 project.

This project stands as the largest administrative landmark in the Government District of the New Administrative Capital.

As part of the final preparations for handing over the project, company officials accompanied Hazel Wong during her site visit.
Meanwhile, Eng. Emad Doss, CEO of Rock Developments, affirmed that Hazel Wong’s visit marks a significant milestone for the company. He emphasized the company’s strong commitment to delivering top-tier quality across all construction phases.
He also noted that the project is now in its final stages. The team is currently preparing it for delivery to clients.
In addition, Doss added that collaborating with Hazel Wong combines their Canadian expertise with her architectural experience in Dubai.

Hazel Wong’s signature style—famous for the Jumeirah Towers in the UAE—appears once again in Rock Capital 1.
Additionally, the project includes contributions from world-renowned engineering and design firms. Ted Jacobs Engineering Group, Cracknell, and Engineering Consultants Group contributed directly to the project’s engineering and design work.
He confirmed that Rock Capital 1 sits on the largest plot allocated to an administrative project in the New Capital. This strategic positioning enables the project to attract global investment and actively boost Egypt’s economic appeal.
The development aims to promote business growth by providing a full range of services and modern amenities. These include cafés, restaurants, and a centralized ATM hub for daily financial needs.
In addition, it features a medical services area and meeting rooms on every floor for training and business sessions. The project team designed all facilities with noise insulation to ensure maximum comfort and enhance workplace productivity.
