e& Egypt has signed a cooperation agreement with Salam Properties. The goal is to deliver cutting-edge smart technology solutions for The Residence project.

The agreement was signed by Ahmed Kassem, CEO and Vice Chairman of Salam Properties. It was also signed by Mohamed El Roweiny, Head of Digital Solutions at e& Egypt. Senior representatives from both companies attended the ceremony.
On this occasion, Ahmed Kassem confirmed that the partnership marks an important milestone. It enables the delivery of a fully integrated smart project.

The development spans approximately 12 feddans in the Lotus area of New Cairo. It is scheduled for delivery within three and a half years.
