TBK Partners with CKD Creative Kingdom to Develop Innovative Real Estate Projects

TBK for Real Estate Development, the development arm of Tabarak Holding, has announced a strategic partnership with CKD Creative Kingdom, a global leader in designing integrated real estate concepts.

This collaboration aims to develop future-forward projects in West Cairo, redefining innovation in the Egyptian real estate sector.

The partnership aligns with Egypt Vision 2030, focusing on sustainability, modern urban design, and high-quality living spaces. TBK has already invested EGP 500 million to enhance its collaborations with leading global firms in design and construction.

The company’s flagship project, 90 Avenue in New Cairo, reflects its commitment to premium development, with top consultants like EHAF, Cracknell, and MHMD contributing to its design and execution. TBK is also expanding in West Cairo, with RMC and Design Avenue handling architectural and interior designs.

Ali El-Shorbani, Chairman of Tabarak Holding, emphasized that TBK is continuously expanding its land portfolio to create sustainable communities that meet client expectations. He highlighted the company’s dedication to partnering with trusted international firms, ensuring that all projects incorporate cutting-edge technologies and architectural trends.

Beyond residential and commercial developments, TBK has also collaborated with IWG (Regus Group) to develop premium co-working spaces, starting with La Vida Tower in Maadi.

Tabarak Holding reported remarkable growth in 2024, with sales reaching EGP 60 billion, and aims to increase its investments to EGP 170 billion over the next two years. The company is also exploring expansion into international markets, including the U.S. and the U.K., to cater to the growing demand for high-quality real estate solutions.
