Tesla Developments unveils its latest projects on area of 26 acres in West Cairo among an ambitious expansion plan
Tesla Developments Company has announced the launch of its latest real estate project, Tesla Residence, in West Cairo. The project spans 26 acres and comes as part of the company’s ambitious expansion plan to introduce a series of diverse developments in 6th of October City during the coming period.
Alaa El Sheikh, Head of the Commercial Sector at Tesla Developments, said that the launch of Tesla Residence reflects the company’s vision to deliver a comprehensive real estate product. The project combines high-quality design, a prime location, and diverse residential offerings that meet the needs of different client segments. He emphasized that West Cairo is currently witnessing rapid urban growth, making it one of the most promising investment destinations.
El Sheikh explained that Tesla Residence enjoys a strategic location directly opposite MSA University on Al Wahat Road. The project represents an integrated urban development that includes residential, commercial, hotel, administrative, and medical components. Residential unit sizes range from 98 to 184 square meters, providing flexible options for buyers.
The project also features a dedicated zone for hotel-style serviced apartments operated according to the highest international standards. In addition, it includes a 400-meter commercial promenade, a medical building, and several administrative buildings. El Sheikh noted that the project was offered to clients last month, with the first phase selling out completely within just two weeks. This strong response reflects the project’s strategic location, smart planning, competitive pricing, and flexible payment plans.
According to El Sheikh, Tesla Developments divided the project into four sales phases to ensure balanced construction progress. The company has already launched the second phase, while delivery is scheduled to begin within three years. He added that Tesla Residence marks the starting point of a new series of projects planned for launch next year.
He also revealed that Tesla Developments plans to introduce a new 31-acre project within the next two months in a prime location in 6th of October City. The upcoming development will feature a distinctive investment concept and a wide range of services designed to exceed client expectations in West Cairo. El Sheikh concluded by affirming that the company’s expansion strategy is based on continuous market analysis and a deep understanding of evolving customer needs.
