Rain Developments announced the launch of its latest specialized project, “MedOra Medical Center.” This new hub strengthens its presence in the New Administrative Capital. The project carries total investments of EGP 800 million.
This is the company’s tenth project. MedOra reflects Rain’s commitment to delivering innovative real estate solutions. It aims to enhance quality of life and secure sustainable investment value.
Ehab El-Abidy, CEO of Rain Developments, confirmed that the company’s strategy is built on diversification and specialization. He stated that Rain does not limit itself to residential or commercial projects.
Instead, it focuses also on medical and service-oriented developments. These are essential pillars for sustainable modern communities.
He added that MedOra stands out with its design and planning. The project covers 2,750 sqm with a ground floor and two upper floors. It is designed to host a wide range of medical services. These services target the R3 district and nearby areas.
Reham Abou Bakr, Vice Chairman, explained that the launch of MedOra aligns with the national megaproject of the New Administrative Capital. She noted that the Capital has become a world-class city. It integrates living, business, and services. She added that the Egyptian real estate market remains a safe and promising investment destination.
The medical center will include specialized clinics, a pharmacy, a radiology center, a laboratory, and a physiotherapy unit. This makes it a comprehensive medical destination. It is located near major landmarks such as Sports City, the European University, Knowledge City, and Al Maqsad Compound.
Mohamed Hossam, Chief Commercial Officer, announced that Rain offers flexible payment plans and competitive pricing. Buyers can start with a 5% down payment. Installments extend up to nine years. This makes MedOra an attractive opportunity for doctors and investors.
He explained that medical units can be subdivided into multiple consultation rooms. This allows several doctors to share the same unit at different times. This flexibility increases rental income potential and enhances the project’s investment value.
Hossam emphasized that MedOra is a purely medical project, not administrative. This confirms Rain’s dedication to specialized, high-quality developments. He also confirmed that excavation work has already begun. This proves the company’s commitment to execution and delivery as planned.
