Hometown Developments Launches West Gardens in New Nasser City West Assiut

Hometown Developments has officially launched its fully integrated residential project, West Gardens, in New Nasser City West Assiut. The project marks a strategic expansion into Upper Egypt and reinforces the company’s growing presence in high-potential development zones.

The project spans 32 feddans in the prestigious Plateau District. It is considered one of the city’s most strategic locations. This milestone supports the company’s expansion strategy in Upper Egypt. It also strengthens its investment presence in high-growth development zones.
The ceremony was led by Eng. Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown Developments. It was attended by Eng. Gehan Ahmed Ammar, Head of New Nasser City Authority – West Assiut. Dr. Mostafa Kamal, President of Badr University in Assiut, was also present. Company executives and partners joined the event.
Farag stated that New Nasser City is a fourth-generation city in Upper Egypt. The city features modern urban planning and advanced infrastructure. It also benefits from an integrated road network. These factors make it a promising investment destination.
West Gardens enjoys a strategic location in the Plateau District. It is close to the main road and the Plateau–Airport Road.
The project is near the new governorate headquarters. It is also close to the government services complex. Assiut International Airport is within easy reach. The electric high-speed rail corridor is also nearby. This proximity enhances both residential appeal and investment value.
Hometown Developments is collaborating with YBA – Yasser El Beltagy Architects. The firm serves as the project’s engineering consultant. The goal is to deliver a contemporary and sustainable master plan. The design follows modern architectural standards.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to reputable partnerships. It aims to ensure quality execution and long-term value creation.
West Gardens extends over 32 feddans. The project offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including:

Karim Abdeen, Chief Commercial Officer at Hometown Developments, announced that official sales will begin this February.
He confirmed that the project responds to rising demand for integrated communities in Upper Egypt. This demand is driven by infrastructure upgrades and government-led urban expansion.
