Salam Properties announced the commencement of work at its “Boyot New Mansoura” project. The company started site preparation activities, including soil testing and excavation works. Moreover, it expects to begin construction during the coming period. This step reflects the company’s commitment to the project’s timeline.
Ahmed Kassem, Salam Properties Vice Chairman and CEO, said that the start of work marks an important milestone in the development process. In addition, it reflects the company’s ability to move quickly from planning to execution. He noted that Boyot New Mansoura offers a comprehensive destination for modern living and investment.

Furthermore, he said the project reflects the company’s strategy of delivering a unique real estate product. Therefore, Salam Properties signed an exclusive agreement with Hilton Garden Inn for hotel management and operation. At the same time, e& Egypt will implement the project’s smart technology infrastructure.
He added that the development extends over approximately 84,000 sqm. Meanwhile, green spaces and recreational services occupy most of the area. The built-up area represents only around one quarter of the total land size. As a result, the project provides a sustainable environment that enhances residents’ quality of life.
