The concept aims to offer a coastal experience that goes beyond holiday-home ownership. Instead, it seeks to provide residents with a comprehensive lifestyle.
Furthermore, El-Fayoumy explained that PAUSE North Coast combines the tranquility of the traditional North Coast with the vibrancy of modern coastal destinations.
At the same time, competitive prices and flexible payment plans supported customers’ purchasing decisions. As a result, these factors contributed to the project’s current sales performance.
Upcoming Strategic Partnerships

In addition, it stands approximately five minutes from Zahran, eight minutes from the new yacht marina, and 10 minutes from New Alamein City.
The project also benefits from easy access through the new Fouka Road, Wadi El Natrun Road, and Alamein International Airport.
