New Plan Developments has completed the handover of the first and second phases of Eleven Mall, its commercial and administrative development in the Financial Business District of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
The company is preparing to launch operations by the end of 2026, with utility connections and other essential works underway.

Khalil emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering projects on schedule and ensuring they are ready for operation. He also highlighted the importance of strategic locations in enhancing investment value and attracting diverse commercial and administrative activities.
Eleven Business Complex Location in the New Administrative Capital
Eleven Business Complex occupies plot B1-11 in the Financial Business District of the New Administrative Capital. The development sits behind Al Masa Hotel, near the Regional Ring Road and the North Mohammed bin Zayed Axis.
According to the supplied project information, the complex is approximately a two-minute drive from the Egyptian Parliament, the ministerial complex and the Government District. As a result, the development sits close to several of the capital’s key governmental and administrative centres.
