Paragon real estate developments signs a Pre-Award Agreement with Schneider Electric Egypt to build state of the art, multi-use buildings in its flagship project Paragon 1 Admin Building in the NAC.

In light of Paragon’s participation in the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change – COP27, Paragon real estate developments and Schneider Electric Northeast Africa and Levant have signed a pre-award agreement at Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Hub, at The Central Park of Sharm El Sheikh, 15 minutes’ drive from the COP27 Green Zone,.  This falls in line with Paragon real estate developments strategy to embark on extending its investments and build a state of the art, multi-use buildings, incorporating the newest technology ideas and features, to become the flagship of innovation, and IOT Technology that nurture the advanced knowledge. This is in collaboration with Schneider Electric, the global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, to supply its advanced technologies to the Paragon 1 Admin building project, in partnership with a broad range of industrial and commercial customers to design and stream advanced technologies and solutions in energy management and process automation. This is meant to improve the safety, reliability, efficiency, connectivity and sustainability of the critical infrastructures in todays and future cities.
The cooperation is envisioned to Award Paragon Developments Egypt customized packages utilizing Schneider Electric’s knowledge and expertise and using its EcoStruxure, its IoT-enabled architecture and platform in the field of Smart Buildings to manage critical infrastructure such as Electricity, HVAC, Water, Gas, Data networks, Data Centers, Data Center Infrastructure Management software (DCIM). This is driven by Schneider Electric’s previous successful experiences to design a proven concept for iconic, smart and sustainable buildings. Paragon 1 is aiming to be the model in the country and the region of a future city, all this while considering the particularities of Egypt economic, climatic and socio-cultural environment.

The pre award includes a group of local and global experts from Schneider Electric Egypt being assigned to cooperate with Paragon Developments head committee to finalize the technical requirements for certain packages, until final approvals of the commercial agreements before starting manufacturing through the cycle of the project.
