The exhibition is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with REGA and Vision 2030. Tahaluf organized the event, Saudi Arabia’s flagship platform for real estate investment and urban transformation. H.E. Majed Al Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, delivered the opening address. He emphasized Saudi Arabia’s growing global prominence in real estate and urban development. The exhibition reflects the Kingdom’s ambition for smart cities, modern lifestyles, and sustainable urban economies. H.E. Majed Al Hogail said: “Move forward confidently toward an urban future with global standards.” International ministers and officials attended, including representatives from Korea and Oman. HRH Prince Turki bin Talal highlighted strategic development in Aseer Region and urban transformation initiatives. Day one featured high-value project announcements with a total investment of $43 billion. Major developers confirmed new deals reflecting strong confidence in Saudi Arabia’s real estate market. NHC announced projects valued at over $26 billion for residential and community development nationwide. King Salman Park Foundation revealed $1 billion in new development, integrating culture, environment, and commerce. Ajdan confirmed $3.1 billion in mixed-use projects, including Sports Boulevard, Khobar Pier, and Ajdan Towers. Retal announced $3.1 billion in developments, covering 1,130,637 sqm, including Ewan Makkah and Ayala Hills. Al Majdiah revealed $2.5 billion in residential and community projects supporting vibrant neighborhoods. Diriyah Company launched $1.5 billion non-branded units, Manazel Al Hadawi, widening access to heritage-led districts. Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate announced $1.3 billion Tura project, spanning 250,000 sqm of residential space. Al Othaim introduced $1.1 billion developments, including 3,600+ high-end units across Madinah and Khamis Mushait. Rachel Sturgess of Tahaluf confirmed Cityscape Global accelerates investment opportunities and long-term partnerships. The event continues with conferences, workshops, investor briefings, and design showcases over the next three days. Topics include future cities, AI, digital planning tools, affordable housing, and community-centered urban design. Foundation partners include NHC, Diriyah Company, ROSHN, New Murabba, Qiddiya, and Rua AlHaram AlMakki Co.
