Consultant Engineer Bahgat Sabry Participates in the preparatory meeting of INVESTORS Expo

Consultant Engineer Bahgat Sabry, Chairman of Constructa Development, participated in the preparatory meeting of INVESTORS Expo, organized by Ethmar for exhibitions and conferences that will be held in Saudi Arabia to identify investment opportunities there. 

The meeting was attended by a number of prominent figures in the real estate field, most notably, Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, vice president of the Egyptian Businessmen Association and Chairman of the Construction and Building Committee. 

Sabry pointed out the importance of exporting real estate and its important role in generating sales in the local real estate market and supporting the entire Egyptian economy in accordance with  the comprehensive urban development that Egypt is currently undertaking, pointing that real estate export file faces a number of challenges, the most important of which is quality as sometimes the product offered does not meet international standards, thus is unable to compete in international markets. 

He also stressed on the importance of a strong marketing strategy that creates both, awareness and demand for the product, especially with the rise of new cities that meet global standards, referring to the importance of supporting the real estate exporting file, especially that real estate prices in Egypt are quite competitive compared to other countries. 

He explained the necessity of conducting strong feasibility studies for projects and ensure successful project management to operate. 

 On the other hand, Fawzy stressed on the importance of a win win scenario for both the investor and the developer to create credibility and encourage future investments generating a profitable ROI.
