Egy Holding executes 45% of constructions of EPIC Complex at New Capital, The company plans to complete the project constructions by the end of 2023

Egy Holding Developments announced its success in increasing construction rate of its flagship project, EPIC Complex, in New Administrative Capital (NAC) with construction rate of 45%.

The company plans to complete the construction works of the entire project with the highest quality standards by the end of 2023.
Eng. Mohamed Al-Ahwal, Managing Director and CEO of Egy Holding Developments said that the company is working with all its efforts to accelerate construction rates of the project, in parallel with the commitment to quality standards in the project development. Accelerating construction works is a part of the company’s plan to maintain confidence of its customers, and its commitment to schedule for development and delivery, which is scheduled for the end of 2023.
Al-Ahwal added that the company has already completed works of excavation and replacement, concrete foundation of the building, two basement floors with an area of 13,100 sqm, commercial floors (ground and first) and the second and third administrative floors in record time, with the highest rates of performance and quality in accordance with international standards.
He elaborated that the EPIC Complex project is located in mixed-use area MU23, which mediates R3 and R2. Besides, MU23 is the first service area to be operated in the NAC.
He explained that the project is situated in a privileged location, as it is located minutes away from the northern axis of Mohammed bin Zayed, central business district and the iconic tower, as well as next to the Monorail station and the Sports City, with a direct view of three main axes.
The project comprises 9 floors, two of which are allocated for commercial properties and six multiple floors with administrative and medical properties, a hotel floor, and a multi-storey garage attached to the building with a total area of 13,100 sqm.
He explained that the project is in a privileged location, as it is located minutes away from the northern axis of Mohammed bin Zayed, the central business district and the iconic tower, and next to the Monorail station and the Sports City, with a direct view of three main axes, and includes 9 floors, two of which are commercially active, and six Multiple floors with administrative and medical activities, a hotel floor, and a multi-storey garage attached to the building with a total area of 13,100 square meters.
Al-Ahwal pointed out that EPIC Complex is distinguished as the first building in Egypt and the Middle East designed in accordance with the standards of the international FITWE organization.
Furthermore, the complex fulfills all the requirements of sustainable buildings by saving 40% of electricity consumed in the building, in addition to, saving 43% of water consumption in the building. Green spaces in the project represents 70% of the total area of the project land.
He highlighted the importance of concerted efforts between all project workers from contracting sector of the company, engineering department, implementation sector, and support services sector of the group, with the general consultant for the project, the International Help Company.
EGY Holding group of companies arose from the merger of a group of companies operating in various fields of investment since 2002, namely real estate development, engineering consultancy, project management, in addition to investments in tourism, industrial, agricultural and fish farming sectors, and desert land reclamation.
