This comes as a part of the company’s plan to accelerate the implementation rates in the project and deliver it according to the specified deadlines.
The contracts were signed by Ahmed El Adawy, CEO of Inertia Egypt, Mohamed Ashraf Abu El-Fotouh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Darko Constructions, and Ramy Ashraf Sadek, Chief Operating Officer of Modern Interiors Inc.
El Adawy says that the company is interested in improving the completion rates of the Jefaira project to deliver it on time and reinforces the company’s credibility and new success to the company’s portfolio.
El Adway explains that increasing the completion rate is one of the hedging measures taken by the company to face the rising costs of implementation, confirming that the contracting companies have a strong reputation in the real estate market. Adding that contracting with Darko includes executing 76 buildings, with a total of 189 units. Also, contracting with Modern Interiors comprises implementing 135 buildings, with a total of 229 units.
Abu El-Fotouh confirms that the contract with Inertia is part of Darko’s keenness to cooperate with one of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt, which is considered a strong addition to the company’s previous work.
Meanwhile, Sadek adds, “We are proud to cooperate with Inertia to be part of its pioneering and distinguished project, Jefaira, and we seek to make this cooperation the beginning of more business in the future, based on the similarity of visions and aspirations,” adding “We also aim to have a strong impact on the project.”
