Global Hills for Real Estate announced the opening of its new branch, Global Hills West, in the 6th of October City, as part of its expansion plan in the Egyptian market, targeting opening numerous other branches in Egypt’s most popular areas, aiming to attract new customers.
In this regard, Ahmed Fouad, Founder and Partner at Global Hills for Real Estate, stated that real estate companies are seeking more projects in West Cairo to offer a group of residential, administrative, and commercial projects, as well as residences on the North Coast
He added that the company targets achieving sales of more than EGP 500 mn during the second half of 2023 only in the cities of October, New Zayed, and the North Coast.
Ahmed Seif, Founder and Partner of Global Hills, explained that the reason for the company’s expansion in new branches is to reach a new base of customers and seek the help of cadres and sales officials with extensive experience in West Cairo, especially since the company has an integrated sales team in East Cairo.
Seif noted that the expansion plan does not depend only on local expansion, adding that the company seeks to enter the Saudi and the Gulf markets.
