Golden Land Development Launches Its Flagship Project “Nasem” in Sheikh Zayed

In a grand celebration attended by leading real estate developers and strategic partners. Golden Land Development announced the launch of its flagship residential project. Nasem Compound, located in the Green Revolution area of Sheikh Zayed City.

Regarding pricing, the price per square meter starts from EGP 35,000. A 5% launch discount is available. Moreover, a 10% down payment is required. Installment plans extend up to 10 years. Pre-launch reservations are possible with a fully refundable booking fee of EGP 50,000.
