High City Mall finishing is set to reach new heights as Safwa Urban Development (SUD) announces a partnership with Redcon Spain. The collaboration aims to deliver premium finishes while improving building efficiency and client satisfaction.
Dr. Medhat Shalaby, SUD Chairman, said the partnership responds directly to client demand for superior finishing. He emphasized that the project will enhance user experience and increase the investment value of all units.
The contract was signed by Dr. Medhat Shalaby, SUD Chairman, and Eng. Amal Abdel Wahed, Redcon Spain CEO, in the presence of senior executives. Together, they plan to combine a prime location with precise design and high-quality implementation.
SUD and Redcon Spain will follow the latest international standards for commercial and administrative buildings. They will install double-glazed tempered glass facades and modern cladding. These solutions improve thermal and acoustic insulation while boosting energy efficiency.
Entrances and lobbies will feature marble and porcelain finishes. Common areas and corridors will include durable surfaces and LED lighting. Central air conditioning and ventilation systems will ensure operational efficiency. Smart technologies, including surveillance cameras, access control, and building management systems (BMS), will improve safety and management.
These specifications reduce operating costs and enhance energy efficiency. They also increase the project’s long-term return on investment.
High City Mall sits opposite Ahmed Orabi Square in Obour City – Fifth District, near High City Compound. Covering 18,000 sqm with a total built-up area of 28,000 sqm, it includes retail shops, administrative offices, medical clinics, and semi-finished units (Core & Shell).
The project also features a dancing fountain, children’s play area, green spaces, a restaurant, and a cinema. Retail units enjoy direct views of the main axis and fountain. Dedicated outdoor spaces enhance the visitor experience. Flexible payment plans extend up to six years.
Eng. Amal Abdel Wahed, Redcon Spain CEO, said the partnership strengthens the company’s portfolio and reflects client trust in its execution capabilities. The project will meet the highest quality standards and international benchmarks.
