High City Mall finishing is set to reach new heights as Safwa Urban Development (SUD) announces a partnership with Redcon Spain. The collaboration aims to deliver premium finishes while improving building efficiency and client satisfaction.

The contract was signed by Dr. Medhat Shalaby, SUD Chairman, and Eng. Amal Abdel Wahed, Redcon Spain CEO, in the presence of senior executives. Together, they plan to combine a prime location with precise design and high-quality implementation.

Central air conditioning and ventilation systems will ensure operational efficiency. Smart technologies, including surveillance cameras, access control, and building management systems (BMS), will improve safety and management.
These specifications reduce operating costs and enhance energy efficiency. They also increase the project’s long-term return on investment.
High City Mall sits opposite Ahmed Orabi Square in Obour City – Fifth District, near High City Compound. Covering 18,000 sqm with a total built-up area of 28,000 sqm, it includes retail shops, administrative offices, medical clinics, and semi-finished units (Core & Shell).
