Isola Sheraton Project Management marks a strategic step as El Masria Group signs a cooperation agreement with KAD, coinciding with the start of first-phase deliveries and reinforcing long-term asset value.
El Masria Group signed a cooperation agreement with KAD for the Isola Sheraton project. This agreement coincided with the start of first-phase handovers. Therefore, the move reinforces the group’s focus on after-sales services. Moreover, it reflects a strong commitment to quality standards.
The agreement was signed by Wathek Wafik Abdel Aziz, Chairman of El Masria Group. Maha Elfangary, General Manager at KAD Commercial Property Management, also signed the agreement. The signing ceremony included Eng. Walid Wafik and Ahmed Badr. Ayman Nabil, CEO of KAD, also attended.
Wathek Wafik Abdel Aziz stated that partnering with a specialized management company supports long-term investment goals. He emphasized that the group treats its projects as long-term assets. Additionally, he highlighted that professional management preserves investment value.
He added that El Masria Group has over 38 years of experience. The group has delivered more than 12,000 units in prime locations. Consequently, the company bears responsibility for protecting asset value after operation.
He confirmed that professional management guarantees sustained project quality. Furthermore, it protects clients’ investments over time. The group’s portfolio exceeds EGP 40bn. Thus, it requires a strong operational system.
He explained that selecting KAD aligns with the company’s partnership strategy. Moreover, the group’s expansion into Canada since 2011 strengthened this belief. Advanced markets measure success through operational efficiency.
Eng. Walid Wafik described Isola Sheraton as a flagship development. The project spans 45 acres on Al-Sa’qa Street. The group developed it with the Armed Forces Engineering Authority. The company launched the project in early 2023.
He stated that first-phase handovers confirm the company’s commitment. The company operates under the slogan “Isola Sheraton… A Promise Delivered on Time.” However, he noted that execution alone is not sufficient. An operational system must maintain quality standards.
Isola Sheraton includes residential, commercial, administrative, and medical components. The project features apartments and villas. It also includes a 1,500-meter strip mall. Therefore, specialized management ensures operational integration.
Ahmed Badr stated that the market now values professional management. Clients invest in long-term stability, not just units. Thus, KAD strengthens marketing performance and investor confidence.
El Masria plans to launch new projects in early 2026. These projects will be in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and the North Coast. Accordingly, the group integrates development with management early.
Maha Elfangary stated that managing Isola Sheraton adds strategic value to KAD’s portfolio. She confirmed that KAD applies integrated operational standards. The company ensures monitoring systems and efficiency controls. Therefore, it maximizes asset value and operational performance.
She added that mixed-use projects require flexible operational vision. Such projects must balance residential and commercial components. They must also ensure sustainable returns for investors.
